Hi My name is Herbert Nelson, the owner of BLASM LLC. I began developing this company, because after a bad experience at a Customer service establishment, I felt there was a need. See BLASM’s main objective is to bring confidence back to the customer service experience. In the last couple of years, we have experienced a lot, from COVID-19, to racial unrest and just as being a country almost evenly divided, it has taken a toll on entertainment experiences. Where people would normally go out for a nice evening on the weekend, most are tending to stay home, watch movies and order delivery. This to me is a decline in one of the most important times of our journey, which is the woosah time, your relaxing time, the after all this work I’ve accomplished, I need to “hang out” time! And to be honest, I understand why something has been lost, its quality!
When I explained that I had a bad experience, it was a real sting. I walked into an establishment and noticed a team member of that establishment ask a paying customer to leave, just because they didn’t want to serve them. I was appalled, having 27 years in customer service and hospitality, I’m well aware of the damage this team member was causing, yet it didn’t bother them one bit. I began to think, how would the owner view that action had they known about it? My guess is they would consider the act theft, considering this is an hourly wage employee and they took it upon themselves to make a decision to lose money, yet while actually attempting to earn money to pay their salary. My thoughts, well I could be stretching it a bit, but I’m sure the clarity is there.
Well, what I have in development is a mobile app that addresses these concerns. BLASM’s primary attribute is allowing the consumer to regain their rightful place as the MOST important person in the economic cycle. By downloading this app, the consumer will receive "word of the day" quotes, post reviews, do quality checks, connect with owners(management design to resolve consumer issues), join a community of like-minded individuals, search establishments and their reviews, and have a direct input on changes that need to be made in order to bring confidence back to the brick and mortar establishment. My mission is “to empower the consumer’s voice, by bringing transparent, direct and healthy communication between owners and customers, for the purpose of enhancing the customer service experience.”
Most review applications(Yelp, Google) focuses on the customer experiences and we are as well, we also have the business owner in mind. See the idea is to build a community of owners and their customers in order to have healthy conversation about the quality of the establishments service. Quality checks and inspections would be taylor-made by the owner and their vision. In the invent of an unsatisfied customer the community will stand as a vehicle for communication. With the capability of video, which the customer would be able to activate, with a membership, we believe BLASM's idea will create transparency which in turn would create well informed, long lasting, more confident customer that give higher reviews which will add value to your establishment.

The customers that enters your establishment or visits your platform, would be able to download BLASM's app and become a part of your community. This will build the customers confidence. While you are building trust with your customer and getting more sales from the increase of traffic, you would also add a new stream of revenue for your business. Single and Multi-unit owners are allowed to opt-in for a sponsorship package. These packages include the official rights to display marketing for BLASM's up and coming app with a description of what the app is, how it works and its benefits. With the downloading of this app your customer would be able to do everything laid out in it's description like receive daily positive "word of the day" quotes, find entertainment locations, give reviews, do inspections, log personal experiences onto a calendar and have direct contact to you by way of our social media platform built inside the app. Now for the good part...For $999 you could get the sponsorship package which would allow you to gain from the purchase of every downloaded membership of .99 per member per month. As long as your establishment does over 100 downloads(with memberships) a year you would not be out of a dime, the entire $999 would get refunded back and after your 101st download up to 200 you would make up to $2,000. For establishments that have more transactions we have our gold packet for $4,499 which includes everything the sponsorship package has, just you would need to get at least 500 downloads(with memberships) a year, after the 501st download you would begin to make profit, ALL proceeds from downloads of the basic membership you would earn each year. And, on top of that, with the gold package you have the option of offering your customer a gold membership, which includes discounts and coupons set up by you as well as membership pricing for as much as $4.99 per month depending on your value in discounts, which you would also get 55% of each gold membership.
